What is the Comfy Baby® Returns policy?
All items sold on Comfy Baby® are covered under the 100% Buyer Satisfaction.

Return Policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged, Manufacturing defect or incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
  • Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88 or Online Bank-in
  • Include printed Return Form and Comfy Baby® Tax Invoice in each return package box
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

How do I initiate product return process?
To initiate a return online:
Step 1: Write us email with subject – Product Return for Investigation, state your reason of request product return (e.g. product damaged upon receiving). Upload 2 supporting image (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of product to ascertain the reason for return.
Step 2: Your return request will be reviewed. You will receive an email within 1-3 business days on further instruction before sending us your parcel.
Step 3: Pack the return item(s) along with the proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc), Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via iPay88 and Include printed Shipping Label and Comfy Baby Tax Invoice in each return package box.
Step 4: Send the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.
Step 5: You will be notified via email once your parcel reached our Quality Assurance Department. Detailed information will be provided in the email.

Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?
The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Please ensure that all tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories are intact.

Can I return an item after the return policy coverage days?
Your item cannot be returned after 14 calendar days for items under 100% Buyer Satisfaction. After this period, if the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

How long is the quality evaluation process?
Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item. This quality evaluation process may take up to 2 - 3 business days.

Can I return a product in case I do not want it or do not like it?
Item cannot be refunded for any reasons other than following: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

How long does it take to replace my item?
Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days. We will send you an email notification or phone call once completed.

Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame:
Within Klang Valley: 2 - 3 working days
Outstation Area: 3 - 5 working days
